Shipping Policy
All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. You will receive an email confirmation at the email address associated with your purchase order. Please check for your confirmation. Additionally, we will notify you by email if there is an issue with fulfilling your order.Shipping/Domestic
Orders are processed Monday thru Friday and ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, before your package is shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options.
The following delivery options are available: USPS Standard Mail 5-7 business days from shipment date, USPS Priority Mail Arrives in 2-3 business days from shipment date. USPS Express Mail Arrives in 1 to 2 business days from shipment date.
Shipping fees are based upon the weight of the items and are calculated through USPS.

International Shipping: Customs and Taxes
IMPORTANT !!! International orders may incur additional Customs duties and Charges, the amount of which Bikesta.com have no control over. Your country's Customs department may arbitrarily hold your package for any specified length of time, as per their applicable laws, regulations and concerns; beyond our control. Bikesta.com is not responsible for items held by Customs. Please check with your Country's appropriate Custom's Agency if you have any questions or concerns regarding the purchases you are considering.
We ship international orders thru USPS (Postal Service) and offer First Class, Express Mail and Priority Mail. USPS First Class offers moderately priced shipping but does not include a tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for packages shipped without an online tracking number. We have noted a 99.9% international delivery rate (excluded the countries we don't ship to). Ship time for Express International usually takes 5-7 Days arrive, Priority Mail International destinations usually takes about 7 to 10 days to arrive. But any of the shipping methods could take considerably longer due to any number of forces beyond our control.

Unclaimed Packages
If packages go unclaimed you will have return shipping fees as well as any customs/duties/fees associated with your order removed from your store credit, should this amount exceed entire amount you paid for the order you will receive no money back nor any store credit. No exceptions to this rule!
Lost/Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, or anything that happens to a package once it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service. Please be sure to ship to a secure location such as your workplace or a P.O. Box. All shipments are tracked. One USPS delivers a package to the delivery address, even if it is left on your porch or in a communal hallway outside your door in an apartment, it is considered delivered.
If you need signature confirmation or insurance added to your package because of theft concerns in your neighborhood, you must arrange these extra services before you make your purchase.
